| From: Akhilesh, DMS VISIONS [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi, Hope you are doing well, 100% Remote Informatica EDC Developer Location: Dallas, TX (REMOTE Must reside in Texas) 6-12 months project Summary: The Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC) Developer will support the companys objectives to build an Enterprise Data Catalog Collaborate with other technical teams to collect metadata and create data lineage within the companys data ecosystem 5+ years of Data Governance experience Must have experience with Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC) Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deliver by collecting Metadata, Domain Discovery, and Profiling with industry best practices Promote adoption via Data Literacy campaigns Serve as a subject matter expert on Metadata Management and as an enterprise advocate for Enterprise Data Management standards and policies Identify the critical data elements and update the technical and business definitions Onboard the metadata related to the data sets and glossaries defined in Axon to make it available for Data Stewards and stakeholders Identify automation opportunities and work towards improving issue resolution within the SLA Data Governance tools management and new features enhancements to support Data Governance functions Support and train Enterprise Data Stewards to use standard Data Management tools within the guidelines of governance policies and standards Support Data Stewards in Data Management efforts that directly contribute towards major enterprise initiatives Collaborate with the Scrum team to translate business requirements into the Product Roadmap, Epics, and Sprint Backlog Plan deliverables, roadmap, and communicate progress status to leadership Work with Code Deployment and Change Management controls to comply with Data Governance policies and standards Collaborate with factory teams, data owners, and SMEs to ensure understanding of metadata, data lineage, and data catalog Collaborate with stakeholders on prioritization of work Qualifications: 5+ years of Data Governance experience Must have experience with Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC) Experience using EDCs advanced scanners Experience working with Infrastructure teams to enable connectivity to various business critical applications Experience working with Snowflake, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and other relational databases Experience collecting metadata from Salesforce and SAP applications using API connectivity Experience working with Product support team as well as resolving and providing solutions Knowledge of information technologies, standards, and best practices prevalent in Data Governance, Data Management, Data Quality, and Data Privacy Familiarity with Data Management principles and practices in Data Management Body of Knowledge (DMBoK) Experimental mindset to drive innovation amidst uncertainty In-depth understanding of Data Management technology landscape, processes, and design principles Ability to bridge business and technical concepts Experience in Agile work environment and good understanding of Agile principles Good collaboration and communication skills Bachelors Degree is preferred; equivalent real-world work experience will be considered Informatica Certifications are preferred Thank you Akhilesh Keywords: information technology Texas |
