We do have opening for our client, Role : Network Engineer Location : San Ramon, CA office (Hybrid) Will require occasional travel to San Ramon, CA, Sacramento, and Stockton. Duration : Long-Term Contract Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of the organization's network infrastructure and systems. Ensure network availability and performance meet or exceed organizational requirements. Develop and implement network security protocols, including firewalls, encryption, and intrusion detection systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and debug complex network issues. Maintain documentation of network configurations and related processes Conduct regular monitoring and testing of network performance, including load balancing optimization, capacity planning, and resource utilization. Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans for the network. Assist systems engineers with various networking upgrades to include Cisco and Palo Alto Assist with Azure cloud engineering and provisioning. Requirements Extensive experience with PAN firewalls, both on-prem and cloud Experience with Prisma and Panorama DevOps automation experience is a must. Cisco networking Strong data and traffic engineering experience. 5+ years of experience in network design and implementation. Expertise in network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN Proven experience with network security protocols and best practices. Solid understanding of load balancing optimization, capacity planning, and resource utilization. Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
