Critical concepts and tools include: Strong technical skills working with Eagle Star, Eagle Pace platforms (version 15 or higher) using modules: Eagle Message Center IWS PACE Uploader & Exporters Eagle STAR Panels PL/SQL (Oracle and MS SQL Server) Expertise Familiarity with Database architecture Familiarity with data quality control tools and processes Strong communication skills Familiarity with Agile software development, Scrum, and user stories Knowledge on using repository tools Gitlab or MFS Work closely with Business Users/Analysts: Gather requirements and analyze solution options. Develop solutions and define and execute test plans. Define and implement operational procedures. Adhering to SDLC standards Providing 1st and 2nd level production support. Assisting with preparing estimates for design, coding, and testing Performing incident management and triage Job Description: 5 plus years of work experience in Eagle Participates in software design meetings and analyzes user needs to determine technical requirements. Designs and develops high-quality code. Tests, debugs, analyzes and fixes application problems/issues. Works closely with stakeholders to fix issues in a timely fashion. Follows the software development lifecycle process. Interacts with internal stakeholders to support product releases and/or resolve program problems. Other duties and projects as assigned.
