Must have at least one project with a government agency. About Us:[Company Name] is seeking a skilled System Analyst to join our dynamic Cash Draw and Expenditure Reporting (CDER) team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in evaluating current and future capabilities, researching solution alternatives, enhancing system functionalities, and offering expert guidance to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Participate in collaborative application design sessions with customers and IT staff to define business requirements and develop software system requirements. Communicate effectively with users to determine the needs of new processes, applications, or modifications to existing ones. Actively engage in implementations and upgrades within a low-code platform. Perform system configuration, meticulously document business processes, and prepare comprehensive project documentation with keen attention to detail and strong technical aptitude. Utilize standardized project management processes, tools, and techniques to address project requirements. Develop test artifacts, conduct testing including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and create training documentation for various CDER team projects. Collaborate closely with developers to track defects and resolutions. Conduct in-depth technical and analytical reviews to assess system functionality, resolve production issues, and align with customer needs. Assist in establishing and maintaining global standards. Undertake other analysis and documentation tasks as necessary to support CDER team projects. Aid in diagnosing problems associated with applications and produce detailed specifications for issue resolution, enhancing system performance, and accuracy. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical field, or 6-7 years of experience as a systems analyst in USA 5-7 years of experience with a low-code platform, including hands-on involvement in design, implementation, and production support of applications in USA Proficiency in conducting fit/gap sessions, system configuration, testing (including UAT), and development of training documentation. Proven experience in preparing various project documentation, such as system requirement specifications, functional design specifications, architectural diagrams, flowcharts, screen prototypes, wireframes, interface specifications, data migration rules, logical workflow charts, database design specifications, and data warehouse design specifications. Strong knowledge of SQL, Object-Oriented Programming Languages, and Web Application fundamentals. Skill in business analysis methodologies, including the ability to develop creative and practical solutions for complex problems. Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), including Octane or earlier ALM versions. At least 2 years of experience as a Programmer, Analyst, or Systems Administrator. Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and either Axure or Photoshop. Preferred: Certified Analyst or Developer (1-year experience). 3 years of experience with SQL Server. Expertise in UML Modeling and Agile Software Development Methodologies (3 years). Experience with Uniform Statewide Accounting System (USAS) / Centralized Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System for Texas (CAPPS) (3 years).
