The candidate should be comfortable asking probing questions to fully explore and understand all aspects of the business requirements. Create accompanying mock-ups as needed with a keen eye on UI and optimal user experience across desktop and mobile Work closely with the project team to evaluate technical solutions to meet business requirements. Ability to articulate various technical options with level of effort, pros/cons for each option with the business stakeholders. Work with other internal technical teams on data integrations and other dependencies. Ability to evaluate/propose possible solutions with Salesforce OOTB/Declarative options Participate in daily scrums and monthly sprint planning sessions Work with the QA team to align on test scripts/test cases and triage defects/bugs Ensure relevant documentation such as functional design documents, data dictionaries, business/data workflows are created and kept up to date Lead demos with the business stakeholders to showcase new functionality Qualifications: 5+ years experience as a business analyst or a business systems analyst with a Financial Services firm.
