The Agile Portfolio/Program Lead plays integral role in coordinating across Digital Health, Software Product Engineering, Business Units and supporting functional groups to define and deliver product and platform releases with agility. This includes tight coordination with Product Owners, Business Leads, Design Leads, Execution Leads, Technical Leads and other roles. The Agile Portfolio/Program Lead activities include ensuring appropriate governance, planning, story mapping, sprint mapping, facilitating product &/or scrum of scrum meetings. Define effective and efficient project management practices to be utilized by the program team. Communicates the value of the program/projects to leaders. Coordinates integration of all program components, including projects and establishing the program environment. Establishes clear program objectives (scope, time, cost, quality) and develops plan to achieve objectives. Builds and baselines program plan. Communicates the impact of program changes to the Portfolio Manager. Drives and controls Program/Project Scope Management including prioritizing projects within the program, initiating projects; planning, defining and verifying scope; and establishing and leading scope change control processes at the Program Level. Monitors and controls Project Cost Management. Participates in Program/Project Risk Management. Develops and installs the program risk management process, risk identification, risk analysis, risk response planning (assuring mitigations and contingencies are in place), risk monitoring and mitigation tracking. Incorporates and manages execution of OCM plan, as a part of the overarching program plan. Accountable for Support Program/ Project Procurement Management including procurement planning at the program level, and assisting with solicitation planning, solicitation, selection, contract administrationand closing. Accountable for ensuring appropriate IT solution delivery processes are incorporated within the program (QMS focus).
