Location: Farmington Hills, MI ( Hybrid) Duration: 12 Months Rate: $Open / hr C2C *** Please be sure to provide candidates Month and day of birth as well as confirm the rate*** The Scrum Master/Coordinator will oversee this teams functionality in the agile software development methodology, ensuring that they meet the required milestones. Candidates must have a proven track record of successfully executing large-scale projects in previous role(s) as a Scrum Master with a strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles, processes, and practices. Some of the typical activities the Scrum Master will do as part of this role include: Empower and lead an Agile team Daily standups 10 to 15+ people on average (full team geographically dispersed) Facilitate Agile events like iteration planning, team sync, and iteration retrospectives Support PI Execution and team estimation process Acting as a servant leaders and coach for multiple Agile development teams, fostering an environment of collaboration, trust, and continuous improvement Facilitating Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
