Role: Engineering Manager Healthcare Location: Louisville, KY / Remote (Preferred candidates from EST/CST Timezone only) Exp: 12 15 yrs C2C or W2 Visa: with Passport number Linkedin Mandatory Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 12-15 years of progressive experience in software engineering (esp in Java platform), with a focus on the healthcare domain. Proven track record of successfully leading and managing engineering teams, including performance management and professional development. Experience leading Retail / Online retail transformation programs in any industry Experience in working in a headless platform implementation would be a plus (like SFCC with headless) Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, FDA regulations). Expertise in software development methodologies, tools, and technologies relevant to healthcare applications. Experience with agile development practices and tools to manage projects effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure. Results-driven mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality, impactful solutions.
