Job Description : The Data Analyst Operations is responsible for gathering data requirements across several disparate systems and compiling them into a comprehensive functional set of requirements for presentation to internal and external stakeholders. This position will work with business and IT counterparts to manage multiple, concurrent client implementation and enhancement projects. This role will serve as a bridge between business and IT and therefore will require strong communication skills. This position will collaborate with project management team to keep track of data deliverables, issues, risks and dependencies for any assigned projects. The Lead Analyst will also be responsible for identifying and leading data process improvement initiatives. This position will ultimately be a technical role requiring system analysis, technical requirements writing, data validation and both internal and external cross-departmental interfacing. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages multiple, concurrent implementation/enhancement projects with high degrees of complexity and system analysis at any given time Leads implementation/enhancement activities such as requirements gathering, technical writing, system analysis, data design, data validation, application testing, monitoring of deliverables/tasks, post launch warranty Owns client interactions/communications in implementation/enhancement projects Guides clients to the best solutions and data architecture/design in high complexity implementation/enhancement projects Leads high value data COE process improvement projects Trains and leads lesser experienced data analysts Prioritizes and manages tasks effectively using time management skills Demonstrates critical thinking skills and understanding of conditional logic Communicates effectively; across multiple departments and to leadership as necessary Demonstrates general understanding of Agile Methodology Demonstrates knowledge of end-to-end member, provider, authorization and other ancillary data exchanges QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree required 8+ years of system/data analysis experience required Competent level of understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, and API's of assigned modules Solid understanding of conditional logic Demonstrated advanced proficiency in MS Office applications Ability to travel to client sites as required Strong communication skills (interfacing between external and internal stakeholders) Strong organizational, time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively Knowledge of healthcare industry data standards and formats X12, HL7, FHIR, etc. JSON, XML, Custom Delimited, etc.is a plus The Services will include the following scope: a. Pre/Post Intervention Analysis: client will conduct a detailed examination of differences within Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) populations, both before and after SDOH interventions. This comparison will provide a comprehensive understanding of the effectiveness of SDOH interventions. Client will compare outcomes aggregated 12-24 months before SDOH intervention (baseline period) and 12-24 months post-intervention (intervention period). Real-world outcomes that will be analyzed in the SDOH group include: i. Emergency Department utilization ii. Acute care hospital admissions iii. Acute care re-admissions iv. Total cost of care V. Avoided cost of care vi. Medication adherence rates vii. NPS and member retention viii. Condition-specific cohorts and clinical outcomes (ex. A1C reductions in Diabetic sub-populations) ix. Fall risk populations and avoided cost of care (if trackable in data) In the event Client identifies additional real-world outcomes not listed above to be included in the scope of work, Client will execute an amendment to add the additional outcome(s) to this Order Form, including any additional fees as applicable. b. Executive Summary: WellSky will provide an executive summary, complete with key findings, graphical representations of outcomes, and thorough documentation of methods and rationale used. This will offer a concise, yet comprehensive overview of the insights derived from the analysis. c. Aggregated Tabular Data Report: For deeper insights and segmentation, WellSky will provide an aggregated tabular data report. This will allow for in-depth analysis and could potentially include Provider (NPI), Practices, Chronic Illness Categories/Primary Diagnosis groups, cost groups (ex.
