Location: Farmington Hills, MI ( Hybrid) Duration: 12 Months Rate: $Open / hr C2C *** Please be sure to provide candidates Month and day of birth as well as confirm the rate*** The Scrum Master/Coordinator will oversee this teams functionality in the agile software development methodology, ensuring that they meet the required milestones. Candidates must have a proven track record of successfully executing large-scale projects in previous role(s) as a Scrum Master with a strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles, processes, and practices. Some of the typical activities the Scrum Master will do as part of this role include: Empower and lead an Agile team Daily standups 10 to 15+ people on average (full team geographically dispersed) Facilitate Agile events like iteration planning, team sync, and iteration retrospectives Support PI Execution and team estimation process Acting as a servant leaders and coach for multiple Agile development teams, fostering an environment of collaboration, trust, and continuous improvement Facilitating Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices. Guiding our teams in breaking down complex projects into manageable user stories and deliverables Ensuring the scrum framework is understood and followed and addressing any challenge and misconceptions Identifying and removing any obstacles that hinder team progress Coaching team members and stakeholders in Agile principles and practices Monitoring team performance and progress including timely feedback and metrics to stakeholders SAFe advanced scrum master certification will be a big plus Job Description: Requirements: Experience working in an agile environment Experience working with J IRA software Experience coaching/developing other scrum masters/coordinators Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Self-motivated, organized, and strong leadership skills Nice to have: Scrum Master Certification Previous experience in the Financial and/or Automotive industry Experience with ALM/HP ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) Experience working within a scrum team spread out across multiple locations Keywords: hewlett packard Michigan |
