Must also have strong technology/system integration background. Someone with a strong technology/system integration background who can oversee multiple/related initiatives understanding, coordinating, and leveraging key dependencies/synergies across the program. Strong verbal/written communication skills are a must with experience working with cross-functional teams driving business operations and related technology support. This role will be responsible for orchestrating execution of technology solutions across the entire program in support of a date driven M&A transaction.
