IT knowledge of computers, laptops, tablets, servers, virtual machine environment. Knowledge of networks (i.e.: TCP/IP, Packet Capture Software). Knowledge of VMware and Microsoft Server environment. Experience with Microsoft SCCM and Active Directory. Experience Supporting O365 including Outlook and MS Teams. Understanding of VLAN concepts and configuration. Understand the concept of PowerShell commands Familiarity with Wireless technologies (Aruba, Aerohive and Cisco) Understanding of DHCP, vLans, and SSH protocols.
