Pega LSA (Certified Lead Systems Architect) Level 1 Certification. 10 years of overall IT experience. 8 years experience working with Pegasystems technologies. 5 years experience designing, building and implementing Business Process Management solutions on one or more technology platforms. Experience in Pega PRPC (7.x, 8.x versions). Experience with connectors and Services, especially SOAP web services and RESTful web services, and security, exception handling. Experience in Pega Case Management & Decisioning. Experience in performance analysis & code reviews using various Pega tools and performance improvement development. Experience with PRPC flows and other rules to support the connectors and services. Experience in developing various PRPC data transforms, activities, flow actions, assignments, declarative rules, reports, and data pages Experience in product rules creation and migration, agents, and dynamic system settings. Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to effectively interact with senior client executives and business partners Excellent time management and organization skills as well as the ability to manage multiple competing priorities Demonstrated success leading a team project structure; including possessing a variety of roles within those teams in an Agile environment.
