Role: DataStage L2 Support Engineer Location: Charlotte, NC or Iselin, NJ(Hybrid) Duration: Long term contract on C2C/W2 Mandatory required skills: L1/L2 support exp, IBM infosphere Datastage, oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Unix/Linux Preferred /desired skills: Banking/Financial domain (preferably actuarial), scheduling tools - Control M, Autosys, file transfer protocols Detailed job description: 5+ yrs Exp in ETL processes using IBM infosphere Datastage 4+ exp in oracle SQL, PL/SQL. 3+ recent l1/l2 support exp for ETL batch runs, batch monitoring Knowledge and understanding to file transfer protocols Troubleshoot batch issues and provide necessary info to SME, development and other support teams Develop and modify scripts in a Linux or Unix environment Good written and verbal communication skills Identify and implement system enhancements/improvements.
