Title:  Telecom Project Manager

Location:  Greenwood Village, CO (Oniste)

Experience : 10+

Description :   

Must have Working knowledge of the #WiFi
, Wi-Fi technology including the major components to deliver service (APs, Switches, DHCP, NAT/PAT, and Management).

 Experience with HotSpot 2.0/ Passpoint service is a plus. Manages the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation. Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures. Develops project plans and drives project milestones. Establishes an effective communication plan with the project team and key stakeholders.

Responsible for preparation of documentation, status reports and budgets.

Specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word. Requires demonstrated subject matter expertise in the specified area. 7 + with specialized skill years of experience.

Responsibilities :

*Drives product definition, development, implementation, and use cases across the portfolio and domains

 *Drives enhancements to existing products and defines integration areas 

*Drives integration of the product portfolios lifecycles to business unit goals across all phases of the product portfolio (Cradle to Grave Approach)

 *Owns the product and overall user experience for product launches, enhancements and break- fix.

*Drives and documents Product Requirements (PRD) and prioritizes based on business needs 

*Product Roadmap Planning knowledge 

*Ability to Develop strategic roadmap and future needed functionality *Develops and provides regular updates to management 

*Responsible for creating solutions and presenting compelling recommendations to customers.

*Define operational procedures and practices

 *Define KPIs and set up appropriate health-checks, monitoring and escalation procedures 

*Accelerate development for roadmap features, to address specific customer requirements 

*Identify ongoing risks and pain points throughout the project, develop and implement mitigation measures.

*Capture project lessons and convert them into architectural best practices applicable to the broader install base; mentor and coach the internal team through internal training sessions.

*Work closely with Product Management and Engineering to review customer requirements and feedback, and identify opportunities for platform enhancements Skills and Knowledge:

*Extensive experience with Internet technologies and protocols like TCP/IP, VPN, SSL and HTTP

* Working knowledge of the HotSpot 2.0/ Passpoint service is a plus
