As a Program Manager at client, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the installation partners for our portfolio-wide energy project installs. Job Summary: As a Program Manager at Client, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the installation partners for our portfolio-wide energy project installs. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the installation partners involved in our portfolio-wide energy project installs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Finance, to ensure the successful implementation of projects. Your main goal will be to ensure the seamless execution of installations, drive efficiency, maintain high-quality standards, and foster strong relationships with our installation partners. Responsibilities: Installation Partner Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with installation partners, serving as the main point of contact during installation and ensuring their adherence to project timelines, quality standards, budget, and customer satisfaction. Program Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to define project scopes, goals, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate with installation partners to align strategies, resources, and goals. Performance Monitoring: Implement tracking mechanisms and reporting tools to monitor the performance of installation partners, ensuring compliance with project requirements and key metrics. Quality Assurance: Develop and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure installations are executed to Client's high standards and meet client expectations. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, issues, and obstacles that may impact the installation process or project outcomes. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to optimize installation partner performance, efficiency, and customer experience. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure installation partners comply with relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines. Prepare accurate and timely reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies as required. Budget and Cost Management: Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to monitor and control project budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of installation partners. Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to energy efficiency and project installations. Qualifications: Proven experience (5+ years) in program management, with a focus on managing installation partners for energy projects. Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully managing and coordinating complex installations across multiple projects. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence partners at all levels. Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and external partners in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Understanding of energy efficiency principles, technologies, and sustainability concepts. Proficiency in project management software, collaboration tools, and MS Office Suite.
