The duration will be 6 months to start. Remote to start but expect to be in the office in the North Atlanta area once Covid lifts. The Sr. CDW (Cloud Data Warehouse) Developer will be responsible for CDW projects and develop processes into enterprise data solutions. The CDW Developer will also work closely with business analysts and stakeholders in other departments in order to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support data solutions. Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions) Deliver high quality, transactional consistent and efficient enterprise ELT/ETL solutions Provide support, and documentation of new and existing ETL processes and solutions Present the solution to business user and communicate with end user solution details Work with Enterprise, ETL and Data Architect to define, develop and deliver Data Engineering Roadmap Develop, test & implement ETL solutions using an agile methodology Ability to handle multiple projects at once Collaborate with other ETL and / or application developers and business users Ability to work with on/off shore extended teams Be a proactive member of the dataservicesteam Maintain professional demeanor at all times while representing the company Regular and predictable attendance at assigned times is required Other duties as required Knowledge/Skill Requirements Advanced knowledge ofSQLdatabases and queries Advanced knowledge of CDC (Change Data Capture) & CT (Change Tracking) inner workings Experience developing and implementing CDW product likeSnowflake., Azure DW , Redshift in Azure / AWS Experience of using various data connector from different vendors (ie. Ultipro, Successfactors, ExoInsight, Azure, AWS, Kafka etc..) Experience in cloud components like Data Lake Storage, Cloud ETL, Role base access, IAM , Cost monitoring in SaaS , PaaS, IaaS in platforms like but not limited to Azure, AWS, GCP Skill for Data Replicator product like Fiveran, HVR Data Orchestration product expertise is a plus like Matillion Data Loader Experience in implementing and supporting several different ELT/ETL solutions includingSSIS, Azure Data Factory, SnowSQL or similar ETL/ELT solution in cloud or on premises Experience in working with many different data sets, large and small Experience working with data in multiple ERP and data movement technologies Experience with normalizing and de-normalizing data Knowledge of ETL/ELT best practices and standards Ability to quickly resolve issues Experience withSQLServer2012 SQ019,SQLServerReportingServices Ability to present ideas in concise, business-friendly and user-friendly language Excellent written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills Experience with managing and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams Experience in data visualization product like Tableau, Power BI, QlickView Experience with design and development of EDW (Enterprise Data warehouse) is preferred Any recent experience in conceptualizing and implementing DaaS (Data As a Service ) is a plus.
