Job Title: RPA Developer Location: 100% Remote in MST or PST Duration: 12+ Months potential to extension Client: Silicon Valley Bank Interview Process: Video Job Description: Job Description - 100% remote role, will need someone that is able to work Arizona time zone Must Have: Python is what they are moving to but currently use PowerShell. Need both ideally For the RPA platform they use Automation Anywhere, they must have strong exp with APIs involving Automation Anywhere. Not using any other RPA platforms Senior RPA development experience (prefer admin experience as well) Qual Notes: RPA powershell bots, develop efficiently in RPA python Migration from V11 to A360, key components from infra side V11 end of life December last year, needs to complete before end of year Will not be leading anyone, hands on individual technical contributor role Ideally would want someone who could be a hybrid admin/senior developer, but is fine with a true senior developer since they have someone who could take on the admin work if needed Responsibilities: Responsible for creation of technical documentation required for automation development Participate in technical reviews to ensure the highest level of process design and process understanding prior to automation Develop, design, and test automation workflows Collaborate with team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions Support the launch and implementation of RPA processes Troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours Creating, updating, and maintaining Developer Standards around RPA best practices Investigating and documenting better practices/alternative solutions that could be use in future development Qualifications: 5-7+ years of experience in software development 2+ years of experience implementing Robotic Process Automation technologies, specifically Automation Anywhere (version 11 & A360) 3+ years of experience in any of the following programming languages: C/C++, Java, Python, VBScript, PowerShell 1+ Years coding in Appian is a plus. Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to take initiative without always being directed. Solid experience with Databases (SQL or NoSQL) often preferred. Strong experience using (REST/SOAP) API and XML/JSON preferred. Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning. Understanding of workflow-based logic. Experience in Agile Software Development projects Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional certification Desired Skills: Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Superior time and project management skills. Ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences. Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods. Ability to work through ambiguous situations. Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills. Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to take initiative without always being directed.
