She / he ensures the proper operation of core infrastructure via highly trained and skilled system administration, preventative maintenance and timely repairs. Education & Experience Four-year college degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. 10 years minimum experience with progressive IT experience in areas of networking. Experience in service desk or end-user support a plus. 6+ years of experience interfacing with customers and providing technical solutions.
