| Hi, Please find job description below; VISAS- No-h1b TITLE- Cyber Security Engineer LOCATION- Remote DURATION- 12 Months INTERVIEW- telephonic and WebEx NEED STRONG CANDIDATES BECAUSE VENDOR WILLL TAKE TECHNICAL CALL. Job Description including any special requirements #1640- Cybersecurity Engineer- This position will be primarily responsible for providing tier 2 and tier 3 support of site-to-site VPNs and other firewall service requests and maintenance activities. Other activities include supporting project work such as improving security controls such as IPS (intrusion prevention systems), DNS protection, and network protection of loT and Mlo T devices. Adding a contractor to the team to assist with service delivery and critical operational support for ongoing department projects and upcoming enterprise initiatives.. This position will be involved primarily with service delivery and ongoing M&A security posturing activities. Other activities will include firewall replacements and the Zero trust architecture projects. Platform using: Checkpoint Firewall platforms, Cisco OS and firewall platforms, Firemon firewall orchestration is preferred. Wireshark experience is helpful. Top 5 must-have technical (or non-technical) skills in order of importance: Technical service delivery Firewall and networking troubleshooting experience Knowledge of routing protocols such as GBP and OSPF Proficiency with LAN and WAN networking Knowledge of Zero trust architecture Requirements -Proficiency in LAN and WAN networking with a strong ability in troubleshooting. -Experience in the installation and upkeep of firewalls. -Experience with setting up and managing Site-to-Site VPNs -Familiarity with DNS protection mechanisms. -Familiarity with IPS platforms (Intrusion Prevention Systems) -Understanding of orchestration and automation applications and procedures in networking. -Knowledge of various other networking technologies. -Proven ability to provide world class service delivery to a diverse customer base of technology and non-technology professionals.
