Microsoft Dynamics 365 PowerPages which serves to accept applications from the public for access to grants and services; as well as manages the scoring and contract management of those applicants. Easy user experience (UX) for community members with a wide range of digital literacy. Application and supporting application documents to be published at a minimum in English and Spanish. Scalable opportunities quickly and easily for other languages as well. Ability to upload documents in various formats including large file sizes and several metadata related to each upload. Technical assistance easily available to community members in English and Spanish (and beyond) . Easy UX and access for staff on the backend of the application software to review in-progress and submitted data. Easy UX to distribute submitted applications to review panelists who are external to the organization. Easy UX for external stakeholders to adjust user permissions (this may take some explaining). Static/template form that produces consistent data on all applications. Editable, supplemental forms that can be appended to applicant contact and designed by many non-technical staff. Ability to integrate seamlessly (GET and POST) with existing Dynamics 365 (cloud) and two other City of Austin systems (on-premises). Ability to include static and supplemental terms & conditions language. Ability to send notifications when application is complete. Ability to save applications a field at a time and at any stage in the application (the equivalent to an autosave function). Ability to apply for multiple programs simultaneously.
