Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with technical and Department staff. Experience developing and maintaining database driven web-based applications. Experience with developing database driven applications in a Microsoft Visual Studio.Net environment with C# Experience with object-oriented development techniques Experience with 3-tier logical/physical architected applications Experience with Crystal Reports Server and SSRS Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Microsoft Test Manager A minimum of seven (7) years of IT work experience with a broad range of exposure to all aspects of business planning, systems analysis, and applications development. Experience with managing team(s) and project(s) for information security management. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with .Net development using MVC.
