Expert knowledge on Contracts -Value/Quantity/Service. Worked on revenue recognition. Hands on experience DIP profiles and Resource related billing. Repair order process. Customer service master data - Equipment master, warranty master, functional location, counters etc. Advanced knowledge on - Notification, Service orders, Warranty and billing. Expert knowledge on Contracts -Value/Quantity/Service. Hands on experience DIP profiles and Resource related billing. Knowledge on IDocs. Must be deliver the object with help of technical team with minimum support. Good Communication/Interaction skills. Advanced knowledge on - Notification, Service orders, Warranty and billing.
