Need someone who can work independently and write test scripts

Prior candidates all seem to be consultant type - gonna come in and give ideas and recommendations but need to be able to execute on it - or developers

Need someone to roll up their sleeves and do the work

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics 365 CRM IT Business Analyst with a specialized focus on the Sales and Field Service modules. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of customer relationship management processes, along with expertise in configuring and optimizing Dynamics 365 CRM to enhance sales and field service operations. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and facilitate the implementation of CRM enhancements that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

Work closely with stakeholders from sales and field service teams to understand business processes, pain points, and requirements.

Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for CRM system enhancements.

Conduct in-depth analysis of current processes to identify areas for improvement and automation within the Sales and Field Service modules.

Solution Design and Configuration:

Design, configure, and customize the Sales and Field Service modules in MS Dynamics 365 CRM to align with business needs.

Develop and present solution options that leverage the capabilities of Dynamics 365 CRM to drive efficiency and effectiveness in sales and field service operations.

Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of customized solutions.

Process Optimization:

Identify opportunities for streamlining sales and field service processes through CRM automation and integration with other business systems.

Recommend best practices and workflows to improve data accuracy, reporting, and overall user experience.

Provide insights into industry trends and CRM innovations to continuously enhance business processes.

User Training and Support:

Create user documentation and training materials for newly implemented CRM features.

Conduct training sessions to educate end users on utilizing the Sales and Field Service modules effectively.

Provide ongoing support and address user inquiries to ensure the smooth operation of the CRM system.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

Plan and execute thorough testing of CRM configurations, customizations, and integrations to ensure quality and accuracy.

Collaborate with testing teams to define test cases, perform testing, and manage issue resolution.

Project Management:

Manage projects related to CRM enhancements, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.

Coordinate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to track progress and communicate updates.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience (2+ years) as a Business Analyst working with MS Dynamics 365 CRM, with a focus on Sales and Field Service modules.

Strong understanding of sales and field service processes, including lead management, opportunity tracking, scheduling, dispatching, and service management.

Proficiency in configuring and customizing MS Dynamics 365 CRM, including form design, workflow automation, and data integration.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with project management methodologies and tools.

Relevant certifications in MS Dynamics 365 CRM are a plus.
