JOB DESCRIPTION: JOB TITLE: DevOps Developer LOCATION: Richmond, Virginia-HYBRID(NEED LOCAL CANDIDATE ONLY) WORK VISA: USC,GC,GC-EAD,H4-EAD ONLY PRIME VENDOR: INCEDIA PARTNERS MUST HAVE ACTIVE LINKEDIN PROFILE Role Summary/Purpose: Reporting to the Development Manager in Richmond, VA, the DevOps Developer will be based out of Richmond, VA and performs a variety of professional, technical, and analytical duties in the design, development, and support of technical systems that enable the electronic exchange of data. Essential Responsibilities: Design and develop highly scalable cloud-based N-tier applications Design and document architecture diagrams and solutions for web-based health IT applications Develop and support automated deployment technologies and infrastructure using recognized industry technologies Support certificate-based security on web applications and application servers Support relational and transactional databases Translate requirements into design solutions for high availability and highly scalable applications Prepare detailed high/low level design documentation Provide technical expertise and recommendations for product development. Provide subject matter expertise in troubleshooting issues with systems Support after hours on a rotating basis within the development team Qualifications/Requirements: 3+ years of experience in designing and developing devops services on microservice platforms Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems. 3+ years of experience in developing software applications using Microsoft technologies such as MS Azure, Terraform, Microsoft DevOps, Microsoft cloud services Experience (min 2 years) developing Restful webservices using Web API core, swagger and deploying the solution to azure app service. Significant experience with Azure PaaS, such as Azure functions, APIM, Application Gateway, Application Insights, KV, and other services. Technical experience in software platforms, specifically Windows platforms, and Microsoft Azure Cloud administration. Technical experience with highly secure architectures, penetration testing tools, and OWASP Top 10 or similar secure coding principles. Experience with Azure App Service, service fabric, Azure service bus, Application Insights, Azure Functions, Storage and other Azure services is highly desired. Microsoft Azure certification is a plus. Experience in developing CI/CD pipeline and working with Git/Azure DevOps/Terraform. Experience with securing web service using certificate-based security TLS/SSL, JWT, CORS Experience with Agile Software Development Methodology Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours to support clients and product releases.
