HYBRID position, so candidates must either be local or willing to relocate immediately for this role. 

The Kronos Administrators role is to manage the Kronos application and be the subject matter expert on all aspects of the Kronos system to improve business processes, improve workforce productivity and enhance day-to-day operations. This includes managing the Kronos environment, implementing new Kronos capabilities, configuring pay rules, coordinating integration with the payroll and other systems, and creating new reports/data views. You will also be responsible for resolving day-to-day technical issues and managing user security. 

Responsibilities:
Manage Kronos system configuration and provides system/consultative support
Ability to configure, maintain, and implement Business structures, Data Views, Control Center, Timekeeping, User Access, Pay Rules, Basic Scheduling, Absence Accruals, Absence: Leave, and CRTs
Will be responsible to manage Kronos integration with payroll, dispatch, and other analytics systems
Work with business users to create dataviews and reports to improve productivity
Work with HR/Business to identify new opportunities and roll out new functionalities
Be the Subject Matter Export on all Kronos elements configured in the system
Will be the key point of contact between HR/Finance/Payroll/and Operational team
Serve as the internal subject matter expert on the Kronos system
Work with Kronos vendor to escalate issues that require vendor intervention
Test fixes to ensure an incident has been adequately resolved
Troubleshoot Clocks and Device Configurations
Build, maintain, and enhance all objects related to Dell Boomi to support Integrations
Write clear, concise, well-organized technical documentation to maintain standards and procedures

Knowledge, & Experience:

5 to 7 years of Kronos administrator experience

Solid experience in Workforce Dimensions (WFD) application setup and configuration, import/export payroll, integration with HR system, resolving and identifying payroll and integration issues
Expert in setting up new pay rules, accrual, and PTO policies
High degree of Kronos Workforce Dimensions technical expertise
Ability to build hyperfinds, dataviews, and reports
In-depth knowledge of standard
Kronos clock configurations and setups
Advanced knowledge of
Kronos scheduling tool
Experience in a customer service or customer-facing role
Excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong organizational skills
Knowledgeable in
Telestaff Employee Groups, Shift Differentials, Shift Patterns, Assignment Profiles, etc.
Ability to create test scripts and user training documents
Ability to quickly diagnose problem areas and come up with solutions and/or workarounds
