Job: ERP Business Analyst Location: : New Jersey(Onsite) Term: 6+ Months Visa : USC OR GC ONLY Linked in must Job Description Main skills Core Financials (A/P, GL, A/R) Order to Cash Order Capture, Order Management, Billing Inventory Procurement, Inventory Management, MRP Client would like someone local to New Jersey for onsite 1 day per week, but would entertain candidates outside of New Jersey Our client would like to do Contract to Hire for this position, but would consider direct FTE hire if a strong candidate was only interested in coming on as an FTE. They want someone who is able to commute to their offices in Carteret NJ as needed. They feel that the person could work primarily remote and would need to be in the office usually one or two days a week. They will be embarking on a project to replace a legacy ERP System with a product called Sage. The person that they bring on will be the lead Business Analyst for the ERP Implementation. Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst working with an ERP Solution having experience with Finance, Inventory and Order to Cash processing. Must have very strong BA skills, able to lead requirements workshops, lead business process mapping efforts and help with testing and rollout of modules Experience in the Food/Flavors industry or experience with Sage ERP would be considered a strong plus. Position Summary Our client is undertaking an ERP Deployment project using Sage X3 as the target system. Our Client is a leader in the flavor business, so related experience is a plus. Although like ERP experience may be transferable, we consider experience is an ERP Deployment or Support project for Sage X3 as a strong plus. ERP Finance and Sales Business Analyst works on a team responsible for performing a full range of activities in the above skill areas ensuring technology based operational effectiveness and excellence for the Technology Team. The ERP Business Analyst will provide support for ongoing operations as well as project initiatives and will direct and review the activities and work products of outsourced personnel. This role will be responsible for both functional and technical configuration and debugging tasks including small projects that need quick turnaround.
