Resources to be located in one of HCSC locations. The expectation is that the candidates would be able to report onsite. a. Chicago, IL b. Richardson, TX 2. Candidates must be hirable by HCSC (US Citizens, GC holders or H1B and able to transfer) No OPTs, EADs, H4 or any dependent visas. Candidates must be a citizen, green card holders or H1Bs transferable. H1B should be valid and active and not somebody whose H1B would be expiring in 3 months. 3. Willingness to join HCSC at the current PayScale as indicated in the table above. Application Architect (1 Position)---We need a solid candidate with Application Architecture.No Data Architect or Business analyst. This is a technical position. Technical interview will be required before we send to client Job Description: Health care experience Ensure conceptual, logical, and physical application architecture for Claims Core Adjudication applications. Own and maintain the product / application suite roadmap. Works with Solution Architects and System Analysts, translate business requirements into an overall technical solution design that is robust, scalable and extensible. Perform reverse engineering on the existing applications to migrate message queues as part of Claims MQ modernization. Create database design, develop SQL queries , stored procedures and functions. Perform source code reviews, implement performance improvement techniques on applications based on profiling. Deployment of application EARs and WARs using Dev-Ops process CI-CD pipelines. Address Application vulnerabilities using CheckMarx tool findings. Compiling and implementing application development plans for new or existing applications Works closely with development team to ensure design patterns and directions are successfully and consistently implemented. Works with portfolio delivery leads and business analysts to understand end user needs and future business direction. Design and implement systems solutions across the application stack.. This position is responsible for functions on projects of moderate to high complexity by working with business partners within multiple business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies; eliciting, documenting, and refining business requirements for Information Security organization; serving as a liaison across multiple facets of the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs; leveraging an informed knowledge of business areas to identify and/or resolve problems on an ongoing basis.
