| Role: UI/UX Designer 4 Location: Mossville, IL(100% Remote) Visa: GC/USC Primary Skills Figma,UX Design Description: In this role you'll work closely with cross-functional teams between eCommerce and Fleet Management to draft delightful, engaging, outcome-driven content critical to our user experiences for both customers and dealers. You will collaborate closely with other designers, product owners to deliver a cohesive experience. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience drafting content for complex digital services and applications. Responsibilities Draft clear and concise content to support mockups, and interactive prototypes to illustrate user-centered design principles across mobile and web applications. Support usability testing sessions to validate design solutions and identify areas for improvement. Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver on a diverse set of content needs, priorities, and user experiences. Will work with teams in US and India to establish a consistent tone and support documenting guidelines and standards. This role will help establish our UX Writing practice and standards Typical Day: This position can be remote, but candidate will need to work CST hours (MST-EST) Typical groups this position will interact with include business partners responsible for individual elements of a customers experience (product groups, content area, etc) as well as vendors hired by these business partners. In addition, this position will work directly with dealers and end customers. These interactions stretch across the entirety of the clients business model and organization. This position may have direct relationships with Global Product Owners (GPO), Marketing/Product Support Managers, and Directors of various organizations, both internal and external. The position is challenged to identify problems quickly and correctly, some which may not be obvious. The incumbent solves problems by determining the best course of action, within departmental guidelines, from many existing solutions. Communications for needed investments, architectural changes, or business needs is critical to ensure solutions can be created to deliver the best experience possible. Technical Skills Required: (Required) *At least 5+ years UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have proven experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments *3+ years of experience with Figma *3+ years UX/UI experience designing ecommerce and/or complex web applications. (Desired) *exp working specifically on ecommerce or fleet management applications Soft Skills Required: (Required) Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and create concise and easy to understand content for user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
