Thus familiarity with multiple areas across SAP platforms preferred (in addition to OTC of course). Typical BA work (Requirements, relationship management skills, SAP knowledge, training, etc.). Ability to adapt to H-D quickly, demonstrate initiative and work independently. The Lead Business Analyst will work closely with the Business Process Lead to research, analyze, design, recommend and develop solutions that are appropriate for the business and technology strategies. This position is business centric and the lead analyst will act as a liaison between business leaders and technical teams. Utilize best practices in order to analyze and support the detail design and execution of production processes necessary to configure Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) to meet business requirements for Product Development and Engineering processes Responsible for creation and delivery of content to support deployment and adoption of solutions such as training, work instructions, and job-aids Translate user requirements to ensure that processes can be properly integrated into the supporting system Influence continuous improvement initiatives by using system and business process knowledge to support business operations Experience Required Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience Hands on experience using a Product Lifecycle Management software is required, PTC Windchill experience is preferred Minimum 2 years of PTC Creo Parametric experience required Candidate must have excellent oral & written communication skills and ability to effectively deliver messages using a variety of mediums Candidate should be a self-starter that can drive clarity where there is ambiguity Keywords: business analyst rlang golang Illinois |
