1)  Proficient in microservices, spring boot, JAVA 

2)  Ability to triage/troubleshoot performance problems 

3) Proficient with tools Grafana/New Relic, GKE/Kubernetes, helm

4) Deep understanding of heap/ multi threading and concurrency
