Job Title: Project Manager Location: Bowling Green, KY (On-site) Duration: 12 MONTHS Visa Type: No H1 Job Description:- We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management Software (WMS) within our organization. As the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful deployment of the WMS solution, enabling us to enhance our warehouse operations and meet the evolving needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning: Develop a comprehensive project plan, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and budget to ensure successful software implementation. Team Leadership: Assemble and lead a cross-functional project team, including IT specialists, business analysts, and warehouse operations staff, to collaborate effectively throughout the implementation process. Requirements Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring that the WMS solution aligns with our operational needs. Vendor Management: Act as the primary point of contact with Manhattan Associates or any third-party vendors involved in the implementation, managing relationships and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruption to the implementation process. Quality Assurance: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress and ensure that the software is meeting predefined goals and objectives. Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and any changes to the implementation plan. Training and Change Management: Develop a training program and change management strategy to facilitate a smooth transition to the new WMS system for end-users. Post-Implementation Support: Oversee the post-implementation phase, ensuring that any issues or bugs are addressed promptly, and performance is optimized. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain Management) or equivalent work experience. Proven track record of successfully managing complex software implementation projects, preferably with Manhattan Associates WMS or similar warehouse management software. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Life sciences industry experience would be a plus but not required MS Project Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
