The candidate MUST have experience with multiple implementation experience with 3-5+ years experience. Contribute to the development, implementation, and execution of the Production Planning & Manufacturing Execution Process Multiple SAP ERP implementations preferred in the PP space. Production Planning & Manufacturing Execution using SAP ECC. knowledge of APO PPDS preferred. Experience SAP ECC Production planning & Manufacturing Execution required. REM and discrete manufacturing experience. Understanding of BOMs, Routes, Work centers, production versions, detailed planning. Experience using MS Office (MS Excel, MS TEAMS, Visio). Work with leadership in developing appropriate strategies, tactics and technology enablers for the Production Planning and Manufacturing Execution Process. Stellar communication / interpersonal skills are a MUST !! Essential Duties: Perform the necessary configuration to support the business requirements in ECC / R/3. Lead workshops and meetings to gain functional requirements from the business. Develop functional specifications associated with system enhancements (WRICEF). Evaluate, implement, and support new developments / enhancements. Develop and execute unit-test and integration test scenarios. Manage documentation (Process Design Documents, Work Step Instructions and Configuration / System) and training updates. Work with other business process owners, end-users, and project team members to effectively implement SAP on schedule. Develop, maintain, and provide technical expertise to transfer knowledge to other associates. Provide support (e.g., break/fix, how to expertise, minor enhancements, monitoring, testing) for all business applications. Key Relationships: GIT team members SMEs associated with process functions. End users / SAP IT/Process Leads. Work Experience Requirements: Proven successful track record on cross-functional team projects. Strong problem-solving skills with ability to build a business case for proposed solution. Demonstrated ability to influence and foster collaborative relationships.
