From: Stutie Sharrma, Resource Logistics [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role : IDC Manager Location : Remote Job Description Years of Exp Required :8 - 10Years Engagement & Overview Computer Migration Summary: Responsible for leading and managing any size computer migration projects Works closely with the Integration Lead, Customer Support (ITSS), ServiceNow (ITSM), Application Readiness, to ensure the project meets milestones, deliverables, and deadlines for a smooth and successful project Utilizes Clients Project Management best practices, procedures, and standard methodologies to ensure all assigned projects deliver quality and cost-effective anticipated results Ensures all needed legacy applications and peripherals work on the replacement computers Continuously solicits feedback from Senior/Lead Integration Delivery Coordinators, supervisor, and project team members Email/M365 Migration Summary: Responsible for leading and managing any size email/M365 migration projects, typically less than 5000 people Works closely with the Integration Lead, email engineers, and Customer Support (ITSS), to ensure the project meets milestones, deliverables, and deadlines for a smooth and successful project Utilizes clients Project Management best practices, procedures, and standard methodologies to ensure all assigned projects deliver quality and cost-effective anticipated results Ensures all needed individual mailboxes, group shared mailboxes, distribution lists, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, SMTP, GALSync, FreeBusy, Rebranding has been completed and everything is working as expected Continuously solicits feedback from Senior/Lead Integration Delivery Coordinators, supervisor, and project team members Project types: Email closeout Email migrations of any size GALSync/FreeBusy Guest Access SMTP Primary Responsibilities Leads highly complex projects. Ensures completion is on time, within budget and with high customer satisfaction. Provided prompt written and verbal communications regarding project status to stakeholders. Helps in defining, creating, and maintaining Implementation department standards. Analyze the project quality assessments, as identified by stakeholders and report results to management with suggestions for quality improvement. Provides management oversight for multiple, large complex simultaneous projects. Develops project plans based upon department methodologies and division requirements to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards, with a focus on customer expectations. Ensures overall project coordination with status reporting, timely escalations and monitors cross functional project team members. Creates and delivers project review presentations to the Integration Lead, Engagement Manager, Engineers, and Business Partner Contacts. Tracks and communicates essential project milestones and adjusts project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers. Works with project team to identify and assess project risks and issues Continuously look for ways to improve processes and utilize the Process Improvement process within the department. Responsible for relationship management with key business partner contacts and project team. Accountable for seeking learning opportunities to continuously develop professional/technical knowledge which will be useful in current position and/or career aspirations. Develops, review, and maintain departmental documentation. Mentors, trains, and coaches less experienced staff with new migration activities. Supervises project team members in interpretation of migration processes in certain situations and recommends changes to policies and procedures as agreed by senior staff or manager. Provides timely feedback to manager for employee performance management. Assists in the recruiting, hiring, and training of staff. Solicits feedback from management. Must Have Skills Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience Experience 10 years project coordination/management experience, preferably in an IT setting 6-8 years of relevant experience in M&A Integrations Experience and working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, OneNote, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, and Project Management tracking software Able to use SQL is a plus Supervisory experience mandatory Certifications Certified as Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus Keywords: information technology |
