From: shyam, 4serve [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Position Title: Project Manager Service Implementation Role Description Role is representing the Service business team and being a liaison with IT Work alongside the business process owner and his/her delegates to develop track governance arrangements incl. scope, plans, RAID and other track-specific deliverables aligned to the broader project PMO standards Understand critical track dependencies, partner and coordinate with the other business and IT PMs to ensure continuous alignment on the critical path and key milestones Understand and monitor expectations of business process owner and other program stakeholders Develop and maintain the necessary outputs (e.g. dashboards, status reports, meeting minutes, RAID log) to ensure the business process owner receive the right information at the right time regarding track performance Consolidate and document risks, issues, or decisions required to maintain progress. Timely escalate the high risks, open issues or any necessary decisions providing rationale, mitigation and other useful information to business process owners and other program stakeholders Ensure adherence to program methodology and procedure Ensure resource availability and allocation Develop a detailed project plan to track progress Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and cost Report and escalate to management as needed Skills Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Working experience in project management tools like Microsoft Projects is preferred Any Project management certification is preferred - PMP / PRINCE II certification Special language requirement Spanish speaking is preferred, not a must Experience 10+ years of experience in Project Management preferably in managing projects with Service functions Experience in managing ERP or any Software with Service function is a must Self-Evaluation (expectation) Overall Project Management experience as PM ( # of years) # of Projects managed (#) Communication Skills Self-evaluation (1-10 Scale) Project Manage Certification Max # of team members managed (#) # of projects managed with Service Function (#) |
