| Role: Agile Coach Location: Remote (Work hours: 7 am to 4 pm EST) Duration: 12+ Months Requirements: Must Have: Total 10 yrs exp 3+ years experience - working as an agile coach applying agile principles in Scrum/Kanban within large organizations or Fortune 500 companies 5+ years experience - working as a Scrum Master, Agile delivery lead or Release Train Engineer Proven experience successfully following an agile framework (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.) Good To have: Skill 1 Yrs of Exp CSM/ACSM Certification or equivalent preferred Skill 2 Yrs of Exp ICP-ACC Certification or equivalent preferred Skill 3 Yrs of Exp SAFe Certification preferred Performs training (e.g., towards IT & business leadership, Product Owners) for agile teams, delivery leadership and executives Specific Experience/Education/Certification Requirements (Knowledge & Experience; Qualifications): 3+ years experience working as an agile coach applying agile principles in Scrum/Kanban within large organizations or Fortune 500 companies 5+ years experience working as a Scrum Master, Agile delivery lead or Release Train Engineer BS/BA Degreepreferred CSM/ACSM Certification or equivalent preferred ICP-ACC Certification or equivalent preferred SAFe Certification preferred Desire to work as a leader on a team Able to quickly learn and utilize software tools Proven experience successfully following an agile framework (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.) Advanced skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency Knowledge of other agile approaches (XP, Kanban) preferred Experience leading multiple teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills -- Keywords: business analyst access management information technology |
