Duration : 9 months Visa: No H1b/CPT Interview : Phone / video Job Description: Role Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Initiatives, this Change Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring projects meet objectives on time and budget by increasing employee and stakeholder adoption of changes related to business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures. They are responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies that maximize adoption and minimize resistance. Additionally, the Change Manager identifies new competencies needed within business units, develops communication plans for change initiatives, coaches senior leaders and executives in their change sponsor roles, provides support and coaching to managers and supervisors, and integrates change management activities into project plans. Strong analytical skills are required to determine appropriate change management strategies, analyze the impact of changes on stakeholders, and identify necessary resources for transitioning to the future state. Required Skills 4-10+ years of experience in the following: - Experience creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee and stakeholder adoption. Examples may include the following strategies and/or plans: Communication Sponsorship Stakeholder engagement Change impact and readiness Learning and development (Training) Measurement and benefit realization Sustainability - Experience evaluating Stakeholder readiness, potential resistance, and performance gaps to facilitate change from current state to desired state. Examples may include: Conducting impact analysis to identify the impact of the changes to users, key stakeholders, business processes, systems, etc. Supporting and coaching managers and supervisors on how to help direct reports through transition and adoption of change. - Experience designing, developing, or revising communications and training across the organization, recommending delivery schedules, methods, formats and types of communication and training. Examples may include: Identification of communication and training needs. Development of communication and training plans. Created and delivered instructor-led training. Desired Skills - Experience is related to large and complex projects (change initiatives) that involve users from many areas across the organization and will impact both internal and external stakeholders. Examples may include: Applications used across the organization such as MS Teams, SharePoint, etc. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Benefits Administration Performance Management Organization external or internal website - Experience providing direct support and coaching to all levels of managers and supervisors.
