Seeking an IT Project Manager to oversee and manage development projects with a primary focus on the development side. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within a dynamic healthcare environment. While some experience with Scrum is preferred, it is not mandatory. This is an on-site position in Mt. Laurel, NJ, working closely with a diverse team of both onshore and offshore resources. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and business analysts, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively implement corrective actions. Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, facilitating communication and teamwork among team members. Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies. Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions. Collaborate with the offshore and onshore teams to ensure seamless project execution. Support and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, etc.). Proven experience managing IT development projects. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Experience working in a healthcare or regulated industry is a plus. Scrum experience is preferred but not mandatory. PMP or other project management certifications are a plus. Ability to work on-site in Mt. Laurel, NJ, 5 days a week.
