Role: Product Owner using Scrum for OTC2 (Order to Cash) Location: Chicago, IL:: Remote Role :: Duration: Contract Detailed JD Product Owner using Scrum for OTC2 (Order to Cash) . Same as BA1 but with strong leadership and organizational skills. One who is using SAP or Any Legacy System Experience Required Minimum 5 years of experience working within the Business utilizing SAP/Legacy systems. Preferred hands-on experience having implemented large projects. Communication skills necessary to provide effective presentations, convey ideas, prepare, articulate plans and processes. Knowledge of business process design, system configuration, Master Data Management and Controls, formal application testing and incident handling procedures. Readiness to proactively drive and deliver high impact results through both individual and team efforts. Strong organizational skills, with ability to self-motivate and successfully work on multiple projects. Agile methodology experience. Roles & Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current state. Define and document current/future state processes. Gather and document requirements. Lead/participate in gap analysis and design solutioning. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure all requirements are met. Lead and execute testing. Lead user acceptance testing. Lead change management activities including end user training. Ability to develop understanding of the end-to-end Business processes. Ability to develop understanding of OTC integration touchpoints across all modules. Customer focused mindset and approach to problem solving. Pursuit of continuous improvement and challenging paradigms that may be barriers to progress. Establish strong and healthy working relationships between the Business core team & Digital Office. Key responsibility for product quality, project timeliness, and customer satisfaction. Utilizing AGILE framework in Scrum methods: o Use of JIRA for facilitating Scrum. o Create effective Epics and Storys o Ability to priortize execution of Epics and Storys o Estimate size of tasks to be completed. o Convey Business needs to Design Lead Education Bachelors degree in business administration, or other related Degree relevant to this position is Preferred Sridar Guvvala ITech US, Inc.
