Job Description

We are currently hiring an experienced Network Security
Analyst 3 for a long-term contract in Austin, TX.

Work be performed onsite in Austin, during normal business
work hours. Telework is authorized at the Client's discretion. The current
requirement is to work in the office a minimum of twice a week.

Note: Candidates living outside of Austin will be
considered, and if hired, the work location will be 100% remote ( Inside Texas
Only)

Work involves planning, implementing, and monitoring
security measures using the NIST Risk Management Framework and security
frameworks for information systems and infrastructures. Works under minimal
supervision, with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent
judgment

DUTIES

The essential duties for this contract include

Manages multi-project management accountabilities in
developing and architecting solutions in a collaborative environment.

Architects solutions across multiple hardware/software
computing environments and system components.

Assists in the development of the Information Security
risk management program.

Oversees and participates in the development of
enterprise-level strategies and technical information security direction.

Oversees and participates in the development of
enterprise-wide architectural vision to appropriately align information

Researches, evaluates and selects from existing and
emerging technologies the options best fitting business and IT strategic needs.

Ensures appropriate information security standards and
procedures are defined. Manages the development of centers of excellence around
key technologies.

Coordinates the implementation of security plans with
agency personnel and outside vendors.

Performs and reviews technical risk assessments and
reviews of new and existing applications and systems, including data center
physical security and environment.

Researches, evaluates and recommends systems and
procedures for the prevention, detection, containment, and correction of data
security breaches

Required Skills

8 Experience in common
information security management frameworks such as the NIST Risk

Management Framework,
NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and Texas Information Security Standards

8 Experience in
program/project planning, development, and management methodologies

8 Experience in system
development using analysis, design, and documentation methodologies

Preferred

Must have a baseline certification that meets
the DOD 8570 IAT Level II or above
