MUST include leading SASE (SWG, CASB, ZTNA, SDWAN, etc.) integration working with stakeholders to filter the technical requirements from business requirements. MUST include experience with one or more major SASE ZTNA vendor platforms. Will have the quality of ownership to ensure that solutions are delivered to specification from conception to operational hand-off, every time. 12+ years of experience in networking security/cybersecurity roles. 4+ years of experience with SASE, CASB, SWG, ZTNA platforms and challenges (Policy construction and tuning, DLP, UEBA, Device Posture, Client issues, PAC File generation, Upgrades of software, Certificate file renewal, Application publishing, Whitelisting and URL access troubleshooting, etc.) Leadership and oversight experience driving success through other talented network security engineers/architects. Strong hands-on technology experience building and running large scale, highly available systems handling high volume of sessions/transactions per day with low latency Strong understanding of public cloud architectures, technology, and deployments. Excellent analytical skills Excellent interpersonal skills AWS, Azure Strong design experience in building large scale distributed internet systems. Deep experience in MPLS, MP-BGP, OSPF, RSVP, VRF's, VLAN's, VXLAN's, datacenter networking, spine/leaf topologies Expert problem-solving skills and the ability to apply lessons learned and design patterns in architecture Strong experience in Application Delivery & Load Balancing methods and implementations incl. LTM/GTM/GSLB Strong experience in IPv6 Deployments Strong understanding of DNS & DNSv6 Demonstrable practices in creating lifecycle architecture documentation and building from documentation Experience working with geographically distributed teams. In-depth knowledge of routing, switching, wireless and network security Strong knowledge of TCP, IPv4 and IPv6, and common protocol operations Extensive experience with stateful packet inspection, firewalls, VPNs (IPSEC / SSL VPN) and Wireless (802.1a/b/g/n) Extensive experience with Layer 2 protocols and associated enhancements (LACP, L2 ECMP, 802.1d/w/s, 802.1x, etc.) required. Review roadmaps and architecture with engineering counterparts to facilitate feedback loop for infrastructure change and effectively socialize the value proposition of new ideas and architectures. Influence a diverse set of stakeholders through excellent relationships, deep domain expertise and a commitment to driving good decisions. Engage with leading IT suppliers/vendors to identify best-of-breed solutions as well as candidates for next generation solutions. Engage engineering and operations teams as a technology SME and highest level of technical escalation. Proven communications skills including technical writing and presentation. Comfortable in coordinating across geographically diverse delivery and product teams Strong Experience working with Development methodologies like Agile & Scrum.
