Job Description:- Job Role:- Sr. Network Engineer Location :- Cambridge, MA (On-site) Contract Job Description: Experience with designing, implementing, and managing Cisco routing and switching solutions to support our network architecture. Utilize your expertise in network management and provisioning. Implement network access control, ensuring a secure and compliant environment. Manage and optimize wireless network solutions, including troubleshooting and performance tuning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute network infrastructure projects. Provide expert-level support for network operations, resolving complex issues efficiently. Support installed security solutions of Cisco ASA firewalls, as well as VPN solutions. Possess a deep understanding of various security technologies, including network security, and NAC (Network Access Control). Implement Network Access Control (NAC) systems within a large enterprise environment. Stay updated with industry trends, professional standards, and emerging technologies related to networking, security, and data center. Qualified candidates would have the following: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven extensive experience in advanced networking, security, and data center technologies. Expertise in network infrastructure design, implementation, and operations. Strong knowledge of wireless network architecture and troubleshooting. Preferably holds a Cisco Certifications - CCNP or greater. Demonstrating a high level of expertise in Cisco networking technologies. Familiarity with ACI for data center networking. Demonstrated experience with deploying and managing Cisco ASA firewalls. Proficiency in implementing VPN solutions. Familiarity with security technologies such as SAML and PKI infrastructure. Hands-on experience with network security, and NAC. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex network issues. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams. Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and learn new concepts quickly.
