Sr. Hardware Engineer Location: Remote Skill Required 13+ years experience in Embedded Systems development based on microcontrollers. Good experience of circuits theory fundamentals Experience in analog circuit analysis and designs Must have circuit simulation experience using Cadence, Questa ADMS, Spectre, HSPICE, or any equivalent tools. Ability to program scripts for Automating Circuit simulation. Knowledge of creating spice testbenches for transient, impedance response and DC simulations. Strong Knowledge of Semiconductor Power electronics components (MOSFET, Diodes, BJTs, Capacitors) Excellent understanding of Mathematical Differential equations, Laplace, etc Good understanding of CMOS device operation and characteristics Good analytical and problem-solving skills ResponsibilitiesResponsible for Analog, Power Electronics Circuit Simulation and Component modelling Perform Critical Review of work outputs created by team. Circuit level debugging for known issues and improvements. Explore new flows and simulation tools and ideas for continuous improvement. Lead and manage circuit modelling projects, including resource, timelines, and project execution Top Skills: 1. Analog Circuit Design 2. SPICE / LTSPICE simulation 3.
