Thus familiarity with multiple areas across SAP platforms preferred (in addition to OTC of course). Typical BA work (Requirements, relationship management skills, SAP knowledge, training, etc.). Ability to adapt to H-D quickly, demonstrate initiative and work independently. The Lead Business Analyst will work closely with the Business Process Lead to research, analyze, design, recommend and develop solutions that are appropriate for the business and technology strategies. This position is business centric and the lead analyst will act as a liaison between business leaders and technical teams.
