As a key member of the IT PMO (Project Management Office) Team, you will be responsible for the planning and oversight of the SAP S/4HANA testing and UAT (User Acceptance Test) process and deliverables. This is a hybrid position based in Minneapolis, MN or Cary, NC. What Else Will You Do Demonstrated knowledge and experience in SAP functional, process, and user acceptance testing. Manage enterprise-wide testing cycles for critical projects throughout all stages of the project testing. lifecycle from development of user stories through end user acceptance Drive a process-based approach to reporting out on testing results. Provide analysis and thought leadership on issues that surface throughout the testing process. Zoom in to program details to manage and course correct as needed. Understand the relationships and impacts of programs and initiatives across the enterprise. Apply SME knowledge to the discipline and rigor of software user acceptance testing. Coach and lead project/program teams through the testing process What Experience Should You Have Bachelors degrees in computer science, business, or related field 10+ years experience in leading ERP testing from end to end Experience in change management disciplines and practices Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills Strong familiarity with project management, software testing and user acceptance methodologies, and best practices Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
