Act as a single point of contact for GBS implementation on all integration touchpoints and teams. Co-manage the project plan and schedule with Salesforce Engagement/PM. Be responsible for identifying stakeholders and collaborating on scheduling stakeholder activities. Define and maintain the list of business objectives and requirements to guide the team.
