Scrum Master Location: Rahway, NJ - Day 1 onsite Duration: 6-12 months Experience: 10+ years Need Local Only (NJ or NY) Mandatory skills: Agile, Pharma Experience Job Details: Experience as a scrum master or in a similar role, Healthcare and life science domain experience preferable. Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions. Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items. Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes. Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements. Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team. Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders. Leadership and management experience. Excellent people and project management skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Certified scrum master, SAFe preferred To lead, guide, manage, engage and develop the team. To manage customer expectations on deliverables. To participate in organisation initiatives like CMMI compliance , DQI.
