IE can program somewhat, knows how to use RPMs that are installed. Most candidates know how to install/update Linux, but green when trying to make something work. Need someone with many years experiences of actually designing solutions, not just update/patching Linux. We also want the guy to know cloud somewhat and various automation tools. Ansible, etc. most that we interviewed so far have for Linux background of patching only. Job Description: RHEL 7,8,9 AAP/Tower and Ansible advanced level.
