Define clear objectives, metrics, and success criteria for measuring the effectiveness of change management efforts. Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and analyze stakeholders, understanding their concerns, expectations, and potential barriers to change. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including department heads, end users, and executive leadership, to secure their support and commitment. Communication and Training: Design and execute a communication plan that delivers consistent, relevant, and timely information about the ERP project's progress and benefits.
