IPv6 is a plus Experience around Security and Compliance is a plus Responsibilities: Participate in troubleshooting issues following established procedures, documenting problems, managing incidents (ServiceNow, JIRA, etc) Perform test deployments in NONPROD environments Triage issues and incidents and route them to an appropriate team member Act as second person (observer) in procedures requiring two-person control Review network ACL configurations and point out deficiencies using established procedures Monitor AWS resources usage using read-only tools and established procedures, report findings Work with other teams on scheduling and preparing key rotation procedures Review and validate BYOK onboarding documents completed by other teams and report findings Review team documentation and point out obsolete parts and areas in need of improvement Monitor backup jobs using logs and Splunk queries Maintain equipment lists and elevation diagrams Keywords: California |
